Just completed my course of Invisalign alongside other dental work. I honestly could not recommend Khush any higher. I was seen by Dr Ronan McCann and Dr Anjum Baig. Both outstanding dentists and go above and beyond to ensure 100% satisfaction. I am more than happy that I have chosen to be part of the practice and will be advising friends and family to visit also. I had avoided the dentist for almost a decade due to fear and funds. Any appointments I kept were few and far between. Michelle at Khush has been the first dentist to truly make me feel comfortable. She has explained every step she is taking and plans future treatments in accordance to my needs and budget. It is the first time that I’ve felt part of the process. Now a dental appointment is something we do together instead of something that happens to me. I have gone from being wary and anxious to fully trusting Michelle and her teams’ skill sets and advice which has also led to improving my own dental hygiene habits at home. I have been a customer of the Kush Practice, since opening. The new practice is modern, and well equipped,  and I have found all staff, professional and pleasant, in the manner they deliver  care.
More recently, I was introduced to Dr. Shayan Akbari, a young graduate of Glasgow University School of Dentistry. Over the past eighteen months I have complimented him on numerous occasions regards his professional and considered approach to me, as his patient.
Recently, during an annual dental check up, he asked my permission to carry-out an x-ray of my  teeth. Not unfamiliar with this request I readily  agreed. In showing me the results, he drew my attention to one of my teeth,  The tooth , although  pain free at that time, in his professional opinion, it warranted further attention. This he and I discussed at great length, prior to me providing my approval. Basically, the present condition of my tooth wouldn’t  improve by its self. Pondering his options I chose what suited me, and suggested he go ahead. Throughout, my additional appointments, he and his dental nurse demonstrated a  very high level of their  professional pain free skills. Long may this young man remain with this practice, and continue to deliver a service, second to none. Finally, to use an analogy, brake pads and discs when worn on a car,  won’t improve through time.

I could recommend this practice for its cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere and full range of treatments . These are explained in the video in the waiting area and this is very helpful before discussing treatment options with the dentist.
Dr Shayan Akbari is an excellent dentist. He has now been my dentist for two years and I have had several procedures carried out which I have been very happy with.  He explains the treatment options and prices before any procedure begins. He is very reassuring when carrying out any dental work.  I recently had composite bonding on a lower front tooth and I was extremely pleased with the cosmetic procedure.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in years because of health anxiety, so I was really nervous about going back. Pauline and Morgan were incredible — patient, reassuring, and genuinely kind. They looked after me so well and made me feel completely at ease.

I recently attended Khush and was looked after by Dr Ronan McCann. The entire experience from start to finish was impeccable. Ronan explained in detail the treatment plan, alleviated any concerns I had and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The final result exceeded my expectations - I couldn’t be happier. Thanks to Dr Shayan Akbari and the nurse for giving me my smile back.. Both were extra caring and very professional this morning and I cannot praise them enough. The treatment was of the highest standard and everything was explained in detail to make sure I had the best of treatment. Also thanks Shayan again today, Friday, for seeing me at short notice before the Bank Holiday. First class care.

I had a first appointment check up with Dr Shayan today who had obviously read my medical background & arranged for me to be comfortably seated with head support accommodating my Spinal problems. His manner is very pleasant & reassuring & his dental expertise is first class & thorough with a gentle technique.
Examination complete he did a scale & polish with every consideration given to rest the patient throughout.  The lovely Assistant Tarin or Karen( apologies) was first class ensuring the water & debris was sucked away resulting in a pleasant experience.
I was welcomed by a very nice receptionist (apologies not knowing her name) .
The premises are spotlessly clean & warmly inviting & the treatment room is bright & very well equipped providing a buzz experience for an old lady.
I'm absolutely delighted with this practice so conveniently sited in the centre of BB.

I had a filling done with Dr Shayan Akbari recently. It was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. He was very kind and friendly and did a fantastic job. His nurse Tarin was great too and they work really well together and made it such a comfortable and fun experience. I look forward to my dental visits now knowing that I’m well taken care of here. Once again I've been well cared for by Paulina & the team.  Previously I've not had a great experience at Dentist , but since I've been to Khush - what a difference!  Paulina puts you at ease & you feel reassured through the whole visit. Would definitely recommend to anyone
